Avid Pro Tools Artist Perpetual is a permanent license designed for musicians, producers, and creators who prefer a one-time purchase. Warranty and support coverage includes:

• Activation Guarantee – Each license key is unique and genuine. If activation fails due to a licensing issue, a new replacement key will be provided at no additional cost.

• License Validity – The perpetual license does not expire and allows continued use of Pro Tools Artist indefinitely on the registered system. Future updates beyond the included support plan are optional.

• Included Updates & Support Plan –

  • The perpetual license typically comes with 1 year of Avid Standard Support + Software Updates.

  • During this period, customers receive free access to all Pro Tools updates, bug fixes, and new features released by Avid.

  • After 12 months, the software remains fully functional, but to receive further updates and technical support, users may renew the Annual Upgrade Plan (optional).

• Technical Support –

  • Avid provides installation and activation support, plus access to its extensive Knowledge Base, community forums, and video tutorials.

  • Customers under an active support plan also receive direct Avid support (chat, email, or phone, depending on region).

• Return & Refund Policy – Digital licenses can be refunded only if unused and unactivated. Once activated, no refunds or returns are accepted.

• System Compatibility Responsibility – Customers must ensure their PC/Mac meets the Avid-qualified system requirements. No refunds for installations attempted on unsupported systems.

• End-of-Life Policy – The perpetual license remains active permanently. However, once the support plan expires, updates, bug fixes, and new feature access end unless renewed.
